New Memnon Hotel is on Memnon Street on the west bank, 50 metres from the Colossi of Memnon that give it its name. Medinet Habu is 1.2 km down the road, Deir el-Medina 1.5 km, the Valley of the Queens 2 km, and the Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut's temple both 2.7 km, so the whole west bank is walking or cycling distance from the door. Luxor Temple is 4 km across the river and the airport 13 km.

Six rooms all measure 20 m2, three of them looking over the garden, and they take one, two or three guests. Each has a balcony and a terrace, air conditioning, a coffee machine and kettle, an iron, a flat-screen TV, a mosquito net and a private bathroom with a bath and a shower.
